Our history came within 5 years past when the initiator had seen the impact caused by accidents being fatal to the Nation.There were an increase in death and body disability caused by this scourge while majority getting permanent body disability an action which has resulted to extreme poverty among the survivors.

The country also lost manpower through those dieing and those injured from the extreme accidents.With the initiator having seen the cause and basic root for the increase in accidents he was vocationally and morally enforced to start this institution.
