Mugere Business Farm started just as an idea in Mabamba Division a part of Kibondo District Kigoma Region Tanzania; That was 1997 ; but the idea for having a constitution was still yet .The initiator utilising a mass of Grage B teachers who hadn't received their Secondary Education started a program on providing secondary Education in the refugee affected areas of Kibondo District.
