TAYI AND COMMUNITY REHABILITATION PROGRAM . The Community Rehabilitation Programme (‘CRP’) was established by the Ministry of Labour, Empowerment, Elders, Youth, Women and Children (MLEEYWC), in partnership with UNICEF and Tanzania Youth Icon (TAYI) in July 2015.
