The foundation has envisaged with its various investment initiatives. The establishment of the Foundation was due to the long time research on youths' development, unemployment problems and other devastating issues based on the experiances drawn from Youths - graduates outcry. It was identified that the magnitude of unemployment and poverty is so great and it affects many youths as the current job oppotunities fail to accomodate even a quarter of the graduates or if however they are able to, it is not on time employment to meet the demand of so many graduates. Currently, the foundation with a number of its initiatives has not been able to capture the needs of the Youth.

With its primary investment initiative of the Youth Bank as at feasibility study stage, the progresive youth conferences, TAYODA has expanded its initiatives to Youths' investments and it is from the demand that there is a need for acquiring project financing from bankers. The current strength of the foundation limits internal financing or expansion and thus a term loan was sought for industrial agriculture investment and expansion of the activities of the foundation to its member client.

The programmes underway to mature are; The secondary school teen program and Emplying the future strategy. The foundation has done away with all primary preparation for gearing them off, this two program aims to create employment to the upcoming generation.
