HOPE revolving fund scheme has started its second phase loan giving to micro entrepreneurs from 4th nov, 2013. The apporach has changed and now requires micro entreperneurs to form groups of 3-5 individuals who know each other well, works in proximity and have demonstrated good repayment history from other previous loans offered by other financial institutions for them to qualify for our loan scheme.
