The Network for Disabled People Living with HIV/AIDS Tanzania (NEDIPHA) is a non-political, non-governmental, non-religious and not for profit sharing organization. It was established in late 2005 and formerly registered as an NGO under the act of 2002 on 07th June 2007 for the aim of improving the inclusion of people with disabilities in HIV/AIDS response.

The founding members of NEDIPHA recognized that there is a need for a National coordinating body to galvanize the efforts of people with disability living with HIV/AIDS to have one voice on fighting against HIV/AIDS and their rights.
