as it is well known that  inspite the African governments effort to combat the killings of people with disabilities particularly albinism; they  are still isolated by members of community, they are denied their right of living, education and equal employment, they are grounded with fear of being chopped their bodies parties even being murdered. this discussion intended to enlight some points on the contribution of african governments in strugles to eliminate killings of people with albinims.
