I din't expect that myself can become someone else after a general frastration caused by failling of the national form four exams. However, i like to congratulate Tanzania government for having legalised NGOs operations in the system, given that CYWADO TANZANIA is a non government organization that is implementing much effort to promote young people's ability in self-reliance, hence i would pray that lets government join in support to facilitate their efforts since more youth are being prepared to become independent economically.
