Mugere Business Farm started just as an idea in Mabamba Division a  part of Kibondo District Kigoma Region Tanzania; That was 1997 ; but the idea for having a constitution was still yet .The initiator utilising a mass of Grage B teachers who hadn't received their Secondary Education started a program on providing  secondary Education in the refugee affected areas of Kibondo District. The initiator transformed the program in Bukoba Rural District-Kagera Region.With this idea Sylivand Mugere started activities such as Afforestation in Kaibanja Village-Ikimba area,Agape Nursery School in Katoro,as well as Vocational training at Katoro,providing evening Class to teachers of Primary schools. That went on with income raising activities such as piggery,poultry and horticulture being farm field schools.

Five years later in 2007 the Constitution for the organisation was made and later a process of full registartion made; the office at this time as estabilshed in Muleba Town TANZANIA.
