THE ORGANIZATION PROJECT WORK-PLAN 2017 - 2025

The Organization is committed to design and implement projects aiming to uplift the entire life of youths by training them through a capacity implementation program projects Continental wise so that they can become self-reliant with life entrepreneurship scheme including Agricultural, Small Scale Business, Tools and Equipment Productions through local materials, Music dance and druma, Sports and Entertainments, Early Childhood care, Business Information Technology and Material Processing Skills In East, Central and Southern Africa as a Piloting Project. However, these will include workshops and seminars for community health awareness so as to save African sons and daughters from rampant killer disesase.

                           THE ORGANIZATION PROJECT WORK-PLAN 2014 - 2016

Introduction

• Our organization has for a long time been involving in policy implementations regarding call for senstization and counseling on current public political & social burning issues where implemention of community development projects inteding to upgrade the standardization of current & future youths awareness on global economies, & political governance in Africa are inclusive.
• Collection of regional individual ideas & soliciting of finances to implement the ideological projects to reform decertifications on undeveloping matters arising in the continent particulary our region Tanzania. Hence we designed & develop project papers or write-ups, searching for grants inteding to facilitate our projects including those of other youths CSOs under our umbrela. And we are to carryout the monitoring & evaluations for the entire youths piloting projects in Tanzania. And we are eager to implement capacity building project programmes as it seems to be the major weakness for the most of our NGOs in the region.

                                               2014 2016 PROJECTS

• We are currently running two basic capacity building training centres in Tanzania.   
• We have established a children's social protection centre for vulnerable children
• We are running an agricultural literacy capacity building and demonstration farm
• We are affiliated to US UN PEACE Operations Training Institute (POTI) and we are currently enlisting Tanzania Youth with interest to partake peacekeeping and humanitarian law training course through us to Georgia USA.

• Shirika letu kufanya wito kuhusu sentization ushauri juu ya masuala ya sasa ya kisiasa na kijamii ya umma ya moto, kuwa ni pamoja na utekelezaji wa miradi ya maendeleo ya jamii na maana ya kuboresha viwango vya ufahamu wa sasa na baadaye vijana kwa uchumi wa kimataifa, na utawala wa kisiasa katika Afrika kupitia:
• Mkusanyiko wa mawazo mikoa ya mtu binafsi na kukusanya ya uwezo wa kifedha kutekeleza miradi ya kiitikadi kwa decertifications mageuzi katika masuala undeveloping inayotokana katika bara particulary wetu kanda ya Tanzania. Hivyo sisi design & kuendeleza karatasi ya mradi au mwingine kuandika-ups, sisi kutafuta misaada inteding kuwezesha miradi yetu ikiwa ni pamoja na wale wa asasi za kiraia nyingine vijana chini ya umbrela yetu. Na sisi carryout ufuatiliaji tathmini na kwa vijana wote miradi ya majaribio katika Tanzania. Na sisi ni nia ya kutekeleza mipango ya mradi wa ujenzi wa capacit kama inaonekana kuwa na udhaifu mkubwa kwa zaidi ya NGOs zetu katika kanda.
