Waziri wa Elimu na Mafunzo ya Ufundi Dokta SHUKURU KAWAMBWA ametoa taarifa ya tume ya Rais iliyopewa kazi ya kuchunguza na kushauri namna nzuri ya utoaji wa mikopo ya elimu ya Juu hapa nchini ambapo mabadiliko makubwa yamejitokeza ikiwemo fedha kuanza kutolewa na Vyuo husika badala ya Bodi ya mkopo ili kumaliza tatizo la kulipa wanafunzi wasio vyuoni.

Waziri KAWAMBWA ametoa taarifa hiyo mbele ya waandishi wa habari Mjini DODOMA na kuongeza kuwa Bodi ya mikopo itaratibu utoaji wa ruzuku kwa wanafunzi wa sayansi za tiba kuanzia mwaka huu wa masomo.

Katika hatua nyingine Waziri KAWAMBWA amesema Tume hiyo iliyoundwa na Rais JAKAYA KIKWETE mwezi wa pili mwaka huu imebadili utaratibu wa urejeshaji mikopo badala ya kurejesha kwa miaka kumi tu hivi sasa mhusika atakatwa asilimia nane ya mshahara wake mpaka atakapomaliza deni lake ili kutowaumiza walipaji kutokana na kipato kidogo wanachopata.

Wanafunzi wa vyuo vya elimu ya juu wamekuwa wakilalamikia kutopata mikopo yao kwa wakati hali iliyomfanya Rais KIKWETE kuunda Tume ili kutatua tatizo hilo.

Minister of Education and Vocational Training Doctor Thank Kawambwa has given notice of the commission of the President given work to investigate and advise how best to provision of loans for higher education in the country where significant changes have occurred, including money to start by the Universities concerned instead of the Board of the loan to finish the problem of paying non-university students.

Kawambwa Minister has issued a statement in front of the reporters in Dodoma, adding that the Board grant loans itaratibu delivery to students of medical science from this year's tuition.

In another Minister Kawambwa said commission created by President Jakaya Kikwete in the second month this year has changed the process of loan repayment instead of back to just ten years now the subject will cut eight percent of his salary until he finished his debt to kutowaumiza the payment of income they've got.

Students of higher education colleges have complained about not getting their loans at state iliyomfanya President Kikwete to create a commission to solve the problem.
