| (image) – OVCC members are discussing in the meeting with Utaho A villagers about on how they are also responsible in caring for the orphans and vulnerable children. Also together we discussed about how the villagers are responsible to participate in dicission making for their own activities and rights using their village's by laws to control their activities and responsibilities.
