GROW NEXT LEVEL: Practical Field Work

The Grow Next Level (GNL) Program was intended to provide coaching skills to the young champions. The program was designed to accommodate twenty-five (25) champions who preceded the volunteer training that was organized in 2014. Please the list of participants who attended the session in attachment.

In first two weeks from 24/8/2015 to 6/9/2015 the program organized an intensive training program that required fully attendance of all participants from Monday to Friday. The participants got opportunity to study and cover the following topics:-

• Introductions of GNL
• Six modules
• Six thinking hat
• Creativities and innovation
• Good ideas and bad ideas
• Using Lotus flowers tools
