Introduction


Tanzania is estimated to have over 3.4 million of persons with disability, in accordance to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC, 2013) report. The number could be on increase due to increased rate of road accidents caused by reckless drivers and motor-cycles (bodaboda) riders in the country. Statement of a Need
