THE HONORABLE SWEDISH AMBASSADOR TO TANZANIA VISIT IYDP

Swedish Ambassadors, Lennarth Hjelmaker to Republic of Tanzania visit to IYDP Youth program TUITETEE Project under AMREF Health Africa today 23rd April at AMREF where 5 organizations implemented Youth Sexual Reproductive Health Right exhibited their products. IYDP presented more than 15 products produced by youths reached by the project.

This was a great day to see the joy and hope of these children. They still have a lot of questions and unthreating circumstance out in there communities. There is a lot to still to be done. IYDP is commited to bring hope and meaning back to these children, with me and you we can make a difference.

IYDP Participation on Environmental Issues

One of the Environmental meeting which involved different environmental stakeholders held at Kilimanjaro Region after World Environmental day on 19th July 2012.The meeting based on strategic plan to protect the nature of Mount Kilimanjaro including the use of alternative source of energy like Biogas. International Youth Development Programme (IYDP) was one of the great participants.

International Youth Development Programme (IYDP) Executive Director Mrs. Flora Kalinga gives out an explanation on insisting the integral parties of various strategies to protect the surroundings of Mount Kilimanjaro after World Environmental Day at Kilimanjaro region.

One of the representative staff members from Fast Light, Bona Mushi give out her contribution after World Environmental Day. Flash Light is among of the greatest stakeholders towards Environmental Conservation and Protection in Tanzania.The general meeting conducted at Kilimanjaro region after World Environmental day on 17th July 2012

ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAININGS

Empowering the Youth: Entrepreneurship training conducted to among of Street children around Ubungo-Darajani. This is one of the International Youth Development Programme (IYDP) strategic plans towards Poverty reduction to the street children and other groups within the society that experiencing poor living standard of life.

Now Practicals: Some of street children under International Youth Development Programme (IYDP) making glasses after being provided trainings from their trainers of IYDP. This is one of the Entrepreneurship programs of IYDP to the Street children like these.
