CYWADO-TANZANIA is an NGO focusing on National good governance and governing accountability with human rights advocacy as tangible objective. He spotted out before the victimized community that all issues concerning undermining the rights of dignity upon the humanitarian acts by their primary leaders is not yet a problem, however, the issue of them being marginalized from the development based policies as claimed with clear evidence of this bomb impact facing since 29th /April / 2009, Bruno said that, it is true according to the ground situation shows that their livelihood development process as humans have been hampered with the outbreak of unexpected bomb explosions from the nearest military camp. However, the government shouldn't take this as a simple matter, by mere sending of theĀ ground evaluators to simply assess and compensate one's family with un strategic values ranging between 1500/= and 20,000,000/=. It is realy unfair when putting in consideration the legal procedures as stated in Universal Declaration of Human Rights documentĀ adopted and proclaimed by the general assembly in its resolution 217 A (III ) of 10th /December 1948 referred to human rights as quoted below; all humans are born free and equal in dignity and rights, (Article 1) though in support with Article 2 that states that every one is entitled to all or equal rights regardless of status, race, colour, sex, language, religion nor political or other opinions, hence referred to Article 25 of the same document by law, everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well being of himself and of his family, include, better and quality food, clothing, housing, and medical care and necessary social services and many others of the same as above. Thus, he accepted to be sent to the high government authority to represent the vulnerable community voice who are facing lack of humanitarian attention, "but" if they will stop their plan for direct strike demonstration, and he assured them that they will be heard and their rights are to be fulfilled.
