A senior community member and one among the Mbagala kuu bomb exploded victims, presenting his bomb demolition case situation before the senior human rights research officials from non government organizations under the umbrella of CYWADO-TANZANIA on 20th /January / 2013 in front of other fellow bomb victimized elders. Claiming that, since the government promised to workout on their human livelihood innovation implementation, over 4000 community elders who suffered seriously the consequences of bomb explosions have been amazed with their government lead by President Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete through the so called humanitarian action program on human disaster support procedures. Hence, the 2.4 billion shillings for 235 totally demolished houses that the government promised to build for them or compensating full building costs worthy that amount, it never happen, even the 4.6 billion shillings that was said to be directed for about 8,970 un totally demolished houses to be well repaired include tenant's property compensations, it has never happened, instead they did contrary, apart from the 9.6 million shillings directed to normal scrutches was at least fulfilled. So they are asking the government through this NGOs voluntary humanitarian research effort, to come forward and give them clear picture or else procedures for how can they possibly be assisted, since they are part of the Tanzania community and they deserve right to disaster support.
