Team ZAFAYCO in collaboration with Tanzania Youth Vision Association (TYVA), Africa Youth Trust (AYT) together with other development stakeholders in British Council hall, Dar es Salaam after completing two days meeting on Development Effectiveness in East and Southern African countries towards High Level Meeting (HLM2) which will be conducted in Nairobi on Dec,21.
