Sex workers and HIV infection in Tanzania.
The term commercial sex worker refers to a wide array of people who sell sex in a variety of environments. They include both women and men although traditionally commercial sex workers have been women. These people may work either full time or part time in established premises, in streets, guest houses, night clubs, bars or from home. Commercial sex workers usually have multiple partners, this means that if they are infected with HIV, they can potentially pass it on to multiple clients. Due to this situation many people especially young people found in various cities and towns of Tanzania have been infected with HIV.
So, what do you think should be done to ensure young people participating effectivelly on combating HIV infection in Tanzania? Do you think the war against HIV/AIDS will be successful in Tanzania? If yes bring your comments.
Dear CAFLO!
Youth are the vast endangered majority among the human communities who are beeng much striken with HIV/AIDS and DRUG ABUSES as well.
as we know, youth are about 60% constituting the world population, and about 60% of the youth are easier to be tempted by the several immorals according to their nature of psychological behaviuors. According to how complicated the life is, in nowadays especially most of youth are jobless thats why are easier to step onto the satanity actions such as sex business, drug abuse and other malicious behaviours. AS LONG AS WE KNOW that YOUTH are the community wealthy. so, the communities/governments has to emphasize on empowering these creatures so that they have to play part in houling their individual incomes and for the society concerned and finally to contribute to countries`economy as well.
otherwise, the governments has to regalise such an awfully business by embarking strong law enforcements so that the business should contribute to the country`s economy as other disciplines do.
furthermore, the governments should fiercely abolish such a deadfull activities by introducing even death penalt since the business is inacceptable by both ethnic, religious and other civilizations and hence the government should control by such a penalty.
hencemore, the society will be protectected since there will be no such a maliwares anymore.
Best regards.
