The organization serve in the following themantic areas:

 Women micro-finance & economic support:

  • Training of rural women on business and micro-finance skills
  • Empowering rural women for entrepreneurship, jobs creation and self-employment;
  • Capacity building of women’ s entrepreneurs groups though small scale projects support and management.

Sustainable farming improvement, by:

  • Enhancing community members for sustainable farming practices,
  • Ensuring rural women access to, use and own land for farming purpose,
  • Building financial and technical capacity of local women’s farmers groups and households.    

Girls’ education & vocational training:

  • Improving the living standard of the most vulnerable and discriminated girls  through vocational training skills on tailoring, computer, handcrafting, etc.
  • Education rights support and advocacy for the Out-of-Schools children and girls victims or survivors of trafficking and/or labor exploitation.

Sport Education & Development

  • Creating & building peace and pacific cohabitation among rural community members through sports’ competitions;
  • Supporting rural schools sports developmental activities through training of Sport Coaches and sport equipments supplying.

Women’s rights policy & advocacy:

  • Rural women’s rights promotion though public education ad policy awareness creation
  • Training of rural women rights defenders and activists
  • Enabling rural women’s civic rights to participate in decisions making structures  

Health Education & Care

  • Community sensitization and awareness creation on common health diseases,
  • Conducting home-based care for PLWHAs and illnesses
  • Health mobile care and services to people living in remote and inaccessible areas.
