TUWODEA is involved in educating the community on gender, democracy, environment, healthy and life improvement through education, convicing and defending.

TUWODEA implimented the project in fighting teenage pregnancy among primary and secondary school  by educating the community on the effects of neenage pregnancy where by different convening were conducted in discussing the problems of teenage pregnancy which involved 200 stakeholders from Bukoba rural.

The organization also implimented the project on gender equqlity in the community and eaquality in leadership to all genders by encouraging women to participate oin leadership and educate on importance of women to be involved in leadership in which 45 women from Katerero division in Bukoba rural, Kagera region Tanzania were involved in public meetings which was done to motivate through films, drams and songs on importance of women on leadership.

Reduction of spreading of HIV/AIDS and help those infected by encouraging the community to test their haelthy willingly especially women and youth in which we got specialist doctor who tested the willing community every wednesday thus the community understood the importance of checking on their healthy and protecting themselves.

Increase the capability of the organization by introducing strategic involvement planning and management of capital in the organization where by 30 stakeholders and 25 members were involved in preparing strategic planning of five years from 2012-2016 and guidance on managing capital.
