i. To explore the sources of funds and organize the fund raising activities to be invested in community development projects.

ii. To identify and facilitate the implementation of training programs focusing on job creation, and community development affairs.

iii. To plan for formal and informal training.

iv. To represent Tanzania Social Support Foundation in programs, conferences, workshops, seminars, symposiums, and meetings related to community development activities to be conducted at districts, Regional, National, and International levels.

v. To conduct conferences, workshops, seminars, symposiums, and meetings related to various developmental issues.

vi. To improve and plan for entrepreneurship activities, specifically in rural areas.

vii. To promote the awareness of youths in the fully participation of community development activities.

viii. To prepare and conduct the study tours and official visits within and outside Tanzania.

ix. To plan and implement the various programs that foster to advocate the health issues in Tanzania.

x. To acquire and/or lease a land of Tanzania wherever the activities and programs, of Tanzania Social Support Foundation are undertaken within Tanzanian mainland.
