Center for Women and Children Development, CWCD was established in 1995 as Community-Based Organisation and in 2000 as Non-Government Organisation. The organisation was focusing on Vulnerable children and Disadvantage women (marginalized women) ever since. Following the increase in the numbner of street children, the organisation started the pre & primary school known as Albehije Frankosea school so that it can accomodate vulnerable children who are prone to lack education if there is no urgent measures (mitigation) taken to rescue the group. The center is currently have 109 children and out of them 65 are orphans, and the rest are the mixture of both disabled, and street children.

Kituo cha Maendeleo ya Wanawake na Watoto, CWCD ilianzishwa mwaka 1995 kama Community-Based Organisation na mwaka 2000 kama Shirika zisizo za Serikali. shirika hilo kulenga watoto na wanawake hasara (wanawake yaliyotengwa) tangu wakati huo. Kufuatia kuongezeka kwa numbner ya watoto wa mitaani, shirika hilo kuanza shule ya awali na msingi unaojulikana kama shule Albehije Frankosea hivyo kwamba inaweza kuwaweka watoto ambao ni kukabiliwa na ukosefu wa elimu kama hakuna hatua za haraka (kukabiliana) kupelekwa kuwaokoa kundi . Kituo hicho kwa sasa ni watoto 109 na kati yao 65 ni yatima, na wengine ni mchanganyiko wa wote wenye ulemavu, na watoto wa mitaani.
