The organization is led by the board:

The board include Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and 7 members. Five members are women and 5 are men. Among those 4 members are people with disabilities (3 women and 1 man).

The chairperson is the woman with disability called Ms. Grace Masilingi with experience in people with disabilities issues and Social works

The Executive Secretary is a man who worked as coordinator in all stages of the project and he is skilled in Community organizations Development  and people with disabilities  Issues

The treasurer is the deaf woman who has worked honestly throughout the organization

other board members have special skills in people with disabilities as specialists(teachers)

One member is a retired teacher and currently and advocate (lawyer)

Katibu ni mtu ambaye alifanya kazi kama mratibu katika hatua zote za mradi na yeye ni ujuzi katika mashirika ya Jamii na watu wenye ulemavu kwa ujumla

mweka hazina ni viziwi mwanamke ambaye amefanya kazi kwa uaminifu katika shirika

mengine ya wajumbe wa bodi kuwa na ujuzi maalum kwa watu wenye ulemavu kama wataalamu (walimu)

Mjumbe mmoja ni mwalimu mstaafu na sasa na wakili (mwanasheria)
