Vision:

The organization is committed to support all efforts and initiatives which focus to improve the status of women and children and free them from all forms of discrimination on their legal rights and social welfare.

Legal status of the organization:

Tanzania Women and Children Welfare Centre was established in September 2003 and registered under Companies Ordinance with registration certificate number 46922, and Complied under NGOs Act of 2002 under registration certificate number 1891.

Maono:

Shirika hili ni kosa na kuunga mkono juhudi na mipango yote ambayo lengo ya kuboresha hali ya wanawake na watoto na huru kutoka hali zote za ubaguzi katika sheria ya haki zao na ustawi wa jamii.

Kisheria kwa sasa ya shirika hilo:

Wanawake Tanzania na Ustawi wa Kituo cha Watoto ilianzishwa mwaka Septemba 2003 na kusajiliwa chini ya Sheria ya Makampuni na cheti cha usajili namba 46922, na iakttagit chini ya Sheria ya NGOs ya 2002 chini ya cheti cha usajili namba 1891.
