The organization has been formed by entrepreneurs who participated the Business Development Gate-way Program which was organized and managed by Tanzania Private Sector Foundation the Umbrella organization of Business Associations (TPSF) e.g Tanzania Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture-TCCIA. Confederation of Tanzania Industries- CTI, Zanzibar Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture- ZCCIA, Small Industies Development Organization-SIDO, National Microfinance Bank- NMB.
