1. To teach and preach the vision of Loving thy enemy worldwide

    as a way of creating awareness, sensitizing the global family of

    societies, the need to rehabilitate and reform prisoners

   (enemies) through correctional relief measures of demonstrated

   Love.

2. To impart the Love of Enemies vision to the Tanzanians, 

    africans, and the world at large so as to inject the IPRO

    philosophy of seperating criminals from crime and sinners 

    from sins and banishing crime and sin forever.
