YET implements SIX areas of intervention as shown below:

    CORE FUNCTION: Entrepreneurship skills increased (Business idea, developing business plan, SWOC Analysis, value addition, customer care, cost-benefit analysis and marketing strategy..)

2.   SUPPORTIVE AREAS TO CORE FUNCTION:

      1. Community health enhanced (family planning for sustainable livelihoods)

     2. Lending and saving schemes promoted (VICOBA-as to obtain small loans with minimum interest rates to run small income generating projects)

      3. Knowledge on climate change, copying mechanisms and environmental sustainability enhanced.

      4. Family, Faith and Conflict management (to ensure friendly environment for running entrepreneurial undertakings from the household levels)

      5. Gender dynamics and sustainable utilization of resources

      6. Civic education enhanced and advocacy to politics and general elections 2015 to 100,000 youths in Tanzania Mainland.
