The first one on top is the management meeting of the BGR team, the large one in the center is the training ice breaker outside the rooms, the one on the right side is showing the Director of Programmes Kharim Banyundo discussing with one of of the Masaka Leather Master Cooperative and asking him where BGR can empower them with Cooperative Management skills.The one on the left shows the participants meeting whereby they were organizing the cooperative that was beeing formed.
