Our project is following below

• Exterminating violence against women and children.

To improve access to justice among women for land and property right, this goal is of great significance as it is geared to contribute to following mission which is envisioning of a just
society that respects women and children rights.

One of the rights which need to be respected is women's right to land and property ownership of land and other property provides direct and indirect benefits including a secure place to live, the means to a livelihood and a measure of wealth or capacity by which additional economic resources can be leveraged.

In Tanzania majority of women has no access to such an important resource due to existence of discriminatory laws, customs and poor implementation of progressive land laws.

Though there have been substantial efforts by both the government and women's rights organization like a private vessel to secure equality between men and women in accessing and owning land, yet much need to be done as still a big number of women especially in rural area have no access to land and other property. This is due to lack of awareness by women on their rights, existence of discriminative laws and customs, lack of legal aid services and failure of law enforcers to interpret the progressive land laws in way that promote women's rights.

Fancy Foundation Limited undertake to contribute to increased community awareness on women's legal and human rights, improved quality of legal aid services and strengthen capacity of law enforcers to support women land and property rights.

• Capacity building on sexual reproductive health

The Organization will have project to build foundation of increasing skills and knowledge in following sector:-

• Train health worker on SRH needs of person with disability.
• Sensitize youth with disabilities on sexual reproductive health issues
• Women workshop on family planning issues

• Youth programme

Fancy Foundation Limited caring for the welfare of the poor,
but the actual plight of the needy and marginalized is not
adequately addressed that is why FAFOLI access the problems
which facing the youth in general and other project to promote
youth as follows:-

• • Youth conference on discover yourself.
  • Train youth on income generating activities.
  • Exposure visit on further studies.

• Home based care (HBC)

Our organization provides services for prevention, treatment, care, support and control HIV/AIDS for promotion of public health in relation to HIV and AIDS. To provide appropriate treatment, care and support using available resources to people living with
HIV or at risk of HIV and AIDS and provide:-

• • Public education and program on HIV/AIDS
  • Dissemination of HIV and AIDS information
  • HIV and AIDS education in work place
  • Training to health Practitioners
  • Donation of tissue, organ, blood and blood product
  • Surgical, dental and similar procedures
  • Testing and Counselling
  • Confidentiality
  • Health and support services

• Research on stopping atomic diseases and empowering people
  for economic and health future.

The aim of strategic research is to clarity or resolve prioritized challenges in society due to the complexity of these challenges it will be often necessary to address the issue from many different disciplinary perspectives ranging from those of the natural, health and technological sciences to the social sciences and humanities.

The social challenges are often cross cutting in nature and therefore they often require cross cutting research initiatives
