The mission of ECOLI is to enable, empower and enhance the capacity of marginalized groups by linking them with development opportunities and the social components necessary to alleviate the pernicious effects of poverty.

Through this mission ECOLI promotes Early Childhood & Care Development (ECCD) programs for children from birth to age eight, imparting knowledge and skills on positive care-giving, pre-primary education, and the overall development of small children.

Utume wa ECOLI ni kuwawezesha, uwezo na kuongeza uwezo wa makundi yaliyotengwa kwa kuwaunganisha na fursa ya maendeleo na ya kijamii ya vipengele muhimu katika kupunguza pernicious madhara ya umaskini.

Kwa njia ya utume ECOLI inakuza Mafunzo & Care wa Maendeleo ya programu (ECCD) kwa ajili ya watoto kuanzia kuzaliwa hadi umri wa miaka nane, kujenga maarifa na ujuzi wa juu-kutoa huduma nzuri, kabla ya kuanza elimu ya msingi, na maendeleo ya jumla ya watoto wadogo.
