8: VISION: UNDA envision to have developmental activities to the community of Moshi in Kilimanjaro region, Kibaha in Coast region, and Dar-es salaam region in both three Districts

To have a transformed society in which there is no gender disparity and to have equal opportunities, access and control over resources for women and men

    

 

 

 

9: MISSION:

UNDA mission is to fight poverty in Tanzania, empower women, advance gender equality and prevent new cases of HIV. To accomplish this, UNDA works with partners to conduct empirical research, build capacity and advocate for evidence-based, practical ways to change Behavior and promoting small scale business entrepreneurship to members.

  1. Inauguration Day Nov.1990 Amounted to 500,000.
  2. Participation in Construction of URU Road from Moshi town to Njari Aggregates level 1995-97 amounting to 2,000,000/=
  3. Contributed in construction of Domestic science hall at URU secondary school. 2005/06 amounted to 4,000,000/=
  4. Contributed in construction of one classroom and furniture’s supply to Kisarika Sec. school amount of 7,000,000/=
  5. Contributed for erection of Msiriwa Secondary school along URU amount of 5,000,000/=
  6. Assisted 100 orphans along Kisarawe District by providing them with scholastic materials total of 200,000/=
  7. Formed UNDA SACCOS where 75 members were given loans of 14,000,000/= for their small scale businesses through UNDA SACCOS.
  8. Did an occasion for marking 10th UNDA DAY anniversary by inviting Hon. MP from Moshi rural in 2000, including media personnel’s. Amounted to 5,000,000/=
  9. Humanitarian support to 155 members confronted with various disasters amounting to 77,500,000/=
