The Rafiki-SDO shall advocate for children's, youths', marginalized and vulnerable groups' rights and provide training, research, capacity building in entrepreneurship, life skills and cross-cutting issues such as gender, HIV/AIDS and environment. The Rafiki-SDO aspires to be the best NGO working with Children, Youth ,women, handicapped groups, families and their Communities to advocate for their rights, to overcome poverty and injustice with a focus on gender balance
