Human opportunity on Poverty eradication (HOPE) intends to launch its five years strategic plan covering the period of August, 2014 – July, 2019. This strategy is a road map for HOPE which has outlined the vision, mission, core values, strategic areas, strategic issues, strategic goals, strategies and the outcome. The strategy took into consideration different forces in HOPE’s environment both internally and externally, details the strategies to be implemented, key initiatives to be undertaken and the measures that will be used to gauge the progress of implementation. The outcome of this strategy will be increased; resource base for the organization; sustainability; effectiveness and efficiency in service delivery and performance; rights and support to children, youth and young women, improved accountability, effective and efficient leadership knowledge and skills, strong network connection with other key stakeholders, skilled and competent staff to run lobbying and advocacy activities and improved well being of children, youth and young women people.
