HUDEO is a non- political, non- denomination and non- profit making organization, serving Njombe district at large. The organization was established in 2006, as a non – governmental organization. It has committed itself to the following activities: -

a)    To promote the initiation of income generating activities through provision of right skills on sustainable agriculture.

b)    To promote health conditions through clean water supplies and health education specifically for HIV/AIDS.

c)     To promote environmental protection through farming and afforestation, economic full wood utilization, solar heating and light.

d)    To promote day care centers and support to orphans and vulnerable children.

Although the organization is committed to provide support to the marginalized poor communities it is still new and requires enough support in order to accomplish its objectives.
