Located in Nyang'ombe Village in Nyamagaro ward Rorya,Tanzania, Nyang'ombe Community Action Group aims to:

1. Community Mobilisation towards HIV Prevention, Voluntary Testing, Fighting Stigma, Orphan care and Home Based care for PLWHIV

2. Designing and Implementing community development projects 1.3: Kushiriki katika mapambano dhidi ya Uvuvi haramu na Uharibifu wa Mazingira.

3. Community Mobilisation away from harmful cultural Practices and Traditions

4. Mobilising resources for Motivating women participation in Leadership and Income generating activities

5. Advocacy for Children, Women and Disabled rights
