Nadiriki kusema hivyo kutokana na ukweli kwamba Mtandao wa Asasi za Kiraia Mkoa wa Lindi (LANGO) kama ambavyo unajulikana kwa jina maarufu umepitia katika changamoto lukuki tangu kuanzishwa kwake katikati ya mwaka 2007. Moja wapo ya changamoto kubwa ni; kuanzishwa na kujiendesha kwa kutumia raslimali fedha chache ilizokuwa inakusanya kutoka kwa wanachama wake ambao mara nyingine ililazimu kuwafuatilia na vitabu vya stakabadhi katika mikutano, warsha na matukio mengine yanayofanana na hayo ili kuwabana wawakilishi kutoka katika Mitandao ya wilaya wanachama ili angalau walipe kiasi fulani cha deni linalodaiwa mtandao wao na LANGO. Hali hiyo naamini baadhi ya wana asasi hawakufurahishwa nayo lakini kimsingi hakukuwa na jinsi wala namna ya kuufanya mtandao huu usonge mbele kama si kufanya hivyo ikizingatiwa kwamba LANGO ndio Mtandao wa Mkoa wa Lindi wenye hadhi sawa na Mitandao ya Mikoa mingine kama vile; UNGO (Morogoro), RANGO (Rukwa), ANGONET (Arusha) n.k.

Kwa niaba ya Bodi ya Usimamizi ya LANGO na mimi binafsi tunafarijika kupata mwaliko wa kuhudhuria Mafunzo ya Usimamizi wa Ruzuku (MYG) toka The Foundation for Civil Society (FCS) baada ya kuandika mara mbili tofauti kuomba ruzuku pasipo mafanikio. Kwa mantiki hiyo napenda kuwaasa wana asasi wenzangu kwamba hakuna mafanikio yanayokuja kama mvua pasipo kutumia jitihada na maarifa na kutokata tamaa. Ni vyema asasi changa na zilizoanzishwa karibuni kujifunza kutoka kwa LANGO kwani ukiomba ruzuku si lazima upate mara moja kwani kila mzunguko kuna AZAKi nyingi kutoka kona zote za nchi ambazo huomba kwa FCS. Ni vyema tujifunze kuwa wabunifu na kuwa wadadisi wa nini hasa kinachotakiwa kufanyika ambacho huwa hatukifanyi na hivyo kupelekea maandiko yetu kutopendekezwa kufadhiliwa na FCS, hakika inawezekana timiza wajibu wako!!!!
