The following are organizational strategies/activities to accomplish our started objectives; A. Recognize and Organize youth groups .Through finding the youths by insisting and advising them on the benefits of forming groups which will enable them;
B. Research and Projects.The organization will conduct and facilitate the conduction of researches and projects related on youth issues. This will make possible;
C. Partnering, Networking and become a member with other organizations .The works towards a global approach, by seeking out alliances with organizations inside the country and overseas that may be willing to come forward and participate in achieving our objectives by partnering, networking or becoming a member. The Organization believes that by working closely with other organizations, associations, institutions, industries, government agencies and academia nationally and internationally will ensure that the benefits of youth progress eventually percolate down to every single person in the society. This also will authorize;
D. Conferences, workshops, Seminars & Talks. The organization will organise Conferences, workshops, Seminars & Talks to enable local and neighboring Students, researchers, and youth with different professionals & non professionals groups to interact and share their socio-economic ideology and other matter related to their future. This will help them;
E. Awards, Competitions & Trophies for Winners.The organization organises competitions and gives trophies for various achievements within the youth sphere. In a competitive environment, both at national and international levels, it would motivate them with due recognition, besides winning awards of attractive prize and certificates. This will also facilitate; a. The need to build and upgrade technological capacity, stimulate innovation and improve competitiveness and market access. b. Capacity building which is very important in fostering technological upgrading and improving the quality of products c. To become a better competitor i.e. knowing their competitors. Knowing who are doing what allows them to pinpoint if and where they are a falling behind. An added bonus is that, with a good amount of competition they won’t have to make the same mistakes. F. Public awareness programs/projects /activities. The organization will enhance public awareness by promote and facilitate National awareness Campaigns and Educational Programs on the youth socio-economic development and to obtain from members and other sources information relating to youth affairs , and to disseminate such information amongst the public and the society by means of journals, circulars, publications, lectures, seminars, conferences or otherwise. |
zifuatazo ni shirika mikakati / shughuli za kukamilisha malengo yetu ilianza; A. Tambua na Kuandaa vikundi vya vijana njia ya kutafuta vijana kwa kusisitiza na kutoa ushauri wao juu ya faida ya kuunda vikundi ambayo itawawezesha.
B. Utafiti na Miradi. Shirika la kuendesha na kuwezesha upitishaji ya tafiti kuhusiana na miradi ya juu ya masuala ya vijana. Hii kufanya iwezekanavyo; C. Kufanya, mtandao na kuwa mwanachama na mashirika mengine. Unafanya kazi ya mfumo wa kimataifa, na kutafuta ushirikiano na mashirika ya ndani ya nchi na nje ya nchi ambayo inaweza kuwa na nia ya kuja mbele na kushiriki katika kufikia malengo yetu na kushirikiana, mitandao au kuwa wanachama. Shirika anaamini kwamba kwa kufanya kazi kwa karibu na mashirika mengine, vyama, taasisi, viwanda, mashirika ya serikali na wasomi kitaifa na kimataifa kuhakikisha kuwa faida ya maendeleo ya vijana hatimaye percolate chini ya kila mtu mmoja katika jamii. Hii pia kuidhinisha;
D. Mikutano, warsha, Semina & Mazungumzo. Shirika la kuandaa mikutano, warsha, Semina & Mazungumzo ili kuwawezesha Wanafunzi wa ndani na jirani, watafiti, na vijana na wataalamu mbalimbali na wataalamu wa makundi yasiyo ya kuingiliana na sehemu yao ya kijamii na kiuchumi na itikadi nyingine jambo kuhusiana na maisha yao ya baadaye. Hii itawasaidia;
E. Awards, Mashindano & nyara kwa Washindi wa mashindano ya shirika kupanga na anatoa nyara kwa mafanikio mbalimbali ndani ya uwanja vijana.. Katika mazingira ya ushindani, katika ngazi ya kitaifa na kimataifa, ingekuwa kuwahamasisha na kutambuliwa kutokana, badala ya kushinda tuzo ya kuvutia tuzo na vyeti. Hii pia kuwezesha; a. haja ya kujenga na kuboresha uwezo wa kiteknolojia, kuchochea innovation na kuboresha ushindani na upatikanaji wa masoko. b. Kujenga uwezo ambayo ni muhimu sana katika kukuza kuboresha teknolojia na kuboresha ubora wa bidhaa c. Kuwa bora mshindani yaani kujua washindani wao. Kujua nani ni kufanya nini inaruhusu yao pinpoint ikiwa na pale ambapo nyuma ya kuanguka. ziada aliongeza ni kwamba, kwa kiasi nzuri ya ushindani hawatakuwa na kufanya makosa hayo. F. Umma ufahamu mipango / miradi ya shughuli /. Shirika la kuongeza uelewa wa umma na kukuza na kuwezesha kampeni ya Taifa na mipango ya elimu juu ya maendeleo ya vijana ya kijamii na kiuchumi na kupata kutoka kwa wanachama na vyanzo vingine taarifa zinazohusiana na masuala ya vijana, na kusambaza vile habari miongoni mwa umma na jamii kwa njia ya majarida, circulars, machapisho, mihadhara, semina, mikutano au vinginevyo. |
