Since 2006 KIMWAM is working in partnership with the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation (SSNC) to implement “The Mtwara community based coastal resources management and sustainable livelihood project”. This project is aimed to enhance participatory management of coastal resources and alleviate income poverty for fisheries community.
