Katika utekelezaji wa kweli wa maendeleo ya Tanzania tunahitaji viongozi wachapakazi wenye moyo wa kutumikia wananchi na kukubali ushauri bila kujali nyadhfa zao. Bi.Fatma Said Ally ambaye ni Mkuu wa Wilaya ya Chamwino ni miongoni mwa viongozi ambao wanapongezwa na wananchi kutika juhudi zake za kuwa karibu na wananchi,taasisi pamoja na wadau katika Wilaya yake kwa lengo la kuwaletea maendeleo. In fact the implementation of Tanzania's development, we need leaders who are hardworking spirit of serving the people and accept their advice regardless nyadhfa. Bi.Fatma Said Ally, who is the Head of the District of Chamwino are among the leaders who are praised by the people Ex. its efforts to become closer to the people, institutions and stakeholders in his district for the purpose of bringing about development.
