Members forum have revealed the empathy in present constitution of the Ecotourism and likelihoodness of not complying to environmental laws and policies and as such view that it needs addressing for benefitting those people who especially live in tourist zones. As it is it is been noted that people and places where tourism takes place hardly benefit from the rewards attained from tourism. A good example where schools near International Hotels hardly have chalks, sit on mats and have understaffed undertrained teachers. This is very abnormal wherein we hear rhetoric of development and progress yet sound eco-systems are not addressed properly. As such ZEF is taking this oppotunity to collect stakeholder views and voice them up to both state and non state actors with hope  of paving way forwards for a concerted action by initiatially having a revisit to  our constitution so that we cacn prioritise better modes or modalities at addressing present predicaments.
