St.Justin Centre for Children with Disabilities runs a various projects.  These includes:

1. Children with Disabilities care and support Project: Through "Jali watoto makundi maalum Project", the centre cares and support the children’s with disabilities into the areas of education, health care and nutritional support. This include Physiotherapy trainings and counseling for the children with disabilities.

2. Environmental conservation

• Tree nursery raising for different varieties and distribution to the communities.
• Sustainable agriculture and food security (Organic farming application).
• Animal husbandry (Poultry keeping and Cow rearing)

3. Health: Providing access to safe drinking water for the children's and the communities around the centre and HIV/AIDS awareness for the communities.

 4. Education: Provision of special education need(SEN), formal, vocational training, job creation programs and women’s empowerment programs.
