ZAPA established on 2009, and registered on 05.08.2011, as non profit governmental organization through the civil societies act no. 06 of 1995. The Association established on Pemba, South region to mobilize better utilization of resouces so as to protect community poverty. ZAPA, was established by few member at most 17, who have the same ideas, emotion, views and nepotism.
