chama cha wastaafu na wazee ni asasi ambayo inafanya kazi kwa kuzingatia sera ya taifa ya wazee. kwa hali  hiyo wanachama hukutana mara kwa mara kujadili masuala ambayo yataleta mabadiliko katika  maisha na hasa kuondokana na umaskini.
