Christian Education and Development Organization {CEDO}. It is a non-governmental organization; which collection various people who have a heart of volunteering in providing social services, in response to Poverty, Hunger and Disease in Tanzania.

The organization was founded by Rev. Japhet A. Kalegeya and Mr Arthur East from the United Kingdom in 2005, where they met to discuss starting a project to help orphans in Education,in 2006, Arthur East sent his daughter Martine East to visit the area. and in the same year, Mr. Arthur East died before fulfilling his vision, and his son was assigned to serve as a missionary in Cameroon.

The main purpose of the establishment of this organization was to help orphans who have lost their parents to various diseases such as AIDS and other diseases.

Rev. Japhet A. Kalegeya continued to manage their dreams initiated by the two men, and continued to find people to partner with, including improving the organization, drafting a constitution, setting goals and electing leadership and registering the organization.

Kuanzanzishwa for Organization-This organization was founded in 2007 as a social group No.NDC/018 registration. By June 2010 the Organisation was registered as registration NGO.kwa NO.oooo3928
