Amani development Organization (ADEO+) is a nongovernmental Organization and non for sharing Organization ADEO+ is a membership organization form by 24 members Male 18 Female 6 who are people living with HIV/AIDS the founders are open ready to stand and talk openly about their status, it was established on 20/05/2008 and registered on the 02/02/2010 under the nongovernmental organization Act, 2002.

With registration number 00003779 the Organization head office is located at Kibondeni street Mkuza ward in Kibaha town council about one kilometer east of the main road from Dar es salaam to morogoro road .

ADEO+ has Executive Committee, Board members and Chair person; the daily activities of ADEO+ are being managed by the overall program Coordinator in collaboration with Accountant, one program officers and volunteers change markers Change markers  the daily Activities of ADEO+ are

1. To conduct daily monitoring
2. to conduct training to youth on effect of drug abuse and alcoholism,
3. facilitate group discussion in and out of School and check point to those practicing commercial sex work
4. Conducting dialogue for health to youth about effect of drug abuse and sex work
5. To Create awareness to sex workers on Condom use
6. We mobilize and advocate Community, stake holders and Religious leaders on sexual reproductive health and rights.
7.  Community meeting and any other   occasions at local and national level. Although the activities is going on still we have a lot of challenges due lack of fund because we have only one donor namely as southern African AIDS Trust (SAT) support the organization for two years there is still a big demand of commercial sex work drug users in the catchment areas mentioned.
