| NGEDEA was formed in 2001 and got registered in 2003. The then Ngelenge village Chairman Mr Charles Kilumbu wrote a letter to Ngelenge sons and daughters residing in Dar es Salaam asking them assistance to construct a village dispensary where by then they were using Manda Health Centre situated 7 km away or Lituhi Health Centre accross Ruhuhu River with a lot of crocodiles. the letter was addressed to Charles Mpangala who showed it to Cecilia Nchimbi, Edward Karlu Mapunda and Athanas Haule.... | (Not translated) | Edit |
