Youth Initiative Foundation is a non governmental organization that was started in 2010 with a group of 8 young boys who were playing stree soccer. After some time YOUTH agreed to to call that group as NYSA (Nzagamba Youth Sports Academy).

This platform attracted so many youth due to sports, arts, love and care. YOUTH were able to address their key issues that affects their daily life. Hence 2013 members agreed to start an organization which is Youth Initiative Foundation.

This organization is called Youth Initiative Foundation because it was started by YOUTH themseves. In addtion to above YOIFO was established after experiencing YOUTH potential and key challenges that are hindering them to fullfill their dreams.
