  The Members of The African for Civil Society the highest authority in all matters related to the running of the Foundation. They exercise their authority mainly through the Annual General Meeting. The current Membership of the Foundation is as follows: John Warioba(president), Monica Kalikisha .(general secretary),Emanuel Byanguzu(member), Letisia Fungamali(member    

• Board of Directors

  The Board of Directors is the second principle organ of TACS. It is a Governing Board providing regular oversight of the activities of. The Board’s TACS roles include: approving any changes to the structure of TACS, approving higher level policy and changes or additions to high level rules, regulations and procedures of TACS, providing final approval of annual plans and budgets for endorsement, review of annual reports , review and discussion of the financial report with the auditors and presenting audited financial statements  and, the recruitment and performance management of the Executive Director. Current Board of Directors are;  Yasinta Ambose(chairperson), Christina lweramila(member),John Warioba(secretary),Lugela Hasani(member), Martha Japheth Kayonda(member),Yahaya Magamb(member), 

• The Secretariat

  The implementation of the functions of The Africa for Civil Society is vested in its Secretariat – which is comprised of the management and staff - led by the Executive Director, Mr. John Warioba. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors in governance matters and is also a secretary to the Members. Additionally, the Executive Director maintains a relationship with the Development Partners in relation to funding issues. The number of staff and structure of The Africa for Civil Society in executing its functions and realizing the organization’s objectives and activities, is from time to time, determined by the Board of Directors.
