The village's Chairman, while crowned with another Tittle after the National election being a "Ward Administrative Officer" (Diwani) in Kiswahili, is standing with great joy in front of his villagers, orphans and vulnerable children, OVCC members and the other sub-village's Chairmen, looking at the up-raised materials by the children and recalling the Education which has been implied by the OVCC organization to the attendees,he has said that wherever OVCC wants to work in his working area as Ward Administrative Officer, he must join them in their work.
